He is the provisional antagonist of Midoriya , the two of them have known each other since childhood and once in college.
Being endowed with a power, he did not stop making life difficult for Midoriya but after acquiring the powers of All Might , Midoriya is able to face Katsuki , whom he calls Katchan .
The two eventually become rivals and bury the hatchet for a time.
